Stamp Card
1 Module Introduction
The Stamp Card Campaign is a core tool for F&B merchants to incentivize member spending and boost repeat visits. Members earn points by purchase quantity or amount per transaction, redeem rewards with accumulated points for repeat purchases and consistent visits. It supports precise configuration by spending criteria, audience and store scope, strengthens member loyalty and visit frequency, and effectively lifts store repeat purchase rates and order volumes.
2 Configuration Guide
2.1 Accessing the Feature
- Log in to the SaaS Admin Portal.
- Navigate to【Membership Marketing】>【Marketing】>【Marketing Activities】.
- Click【Create Activity】in the top-right corner and select the Stamp Card module.
2.2 Basic Settings

Activity Name: Enter a clear name for easy customer recognition
- Example: “Earn Points, Redeem Drinks”

Activity Code: Enter a unique ID for internal management and tracking

Validity Period: Set the campaign start and end time for rational scheduling

Description: Briefly describe campaign details and rules for clarity
2.3 Rule Settings
STEP 1: Select Stamp Card Earning Rules
- Earning Method: Two options available — By Quantity (earn points based on the number of items purchased) / By Amount (earn points based on the actual payment amount)
STEP 2: Configure Stamp Card Trigger Conditions
If By Quantity is selected as the earning method, configure one of the following conditions:
- Earn 1 point for every X any item purchased: Earn 1 point when the cumulative number of all in-store items purchased reaches the specified quantity
- Earn 1 point for each X any item purchased: Earn 1 point each time the specified quantity threshold is met for all in-store items (cumulative tiered points)
- Earn 1 point for every X selected item purchased: Earn 1 point only when the cumulative number of pre-set selected items purchased reaches the specified quantity
- Earn 1 point for each X selected item purchased: Earn 1 point each time the specified quantity threshold is met for pre-set selected items (cumulative tiered points)
If By Amount is selected as the earning method, configure one of the following conditions:
- Earn 1 point for a minimum spend of $X on any purchases: Earn 1 point when the actual payment amount for all in-store purchases reaches the specified threshold
- Earn 1 point for every $X spent on any purchases: Earn 1 point each time the specified amount threshold is met for all in-store purchases (cumulative tiered points)
- Earn 1 point for a minimum spend of $X on selected items: Earn 1 point only when the actual payment amount for pre-set selected items reaches the specified threshold
- Earn 1 point for every $X spent on selected items: Earn 1 point each time the specified amount threshold is met for pre-set selected items (cumulative tiered points)
STEP 3: Select Item Scope
Required only if a selected item’s condition is configured. Select the items that participate in the campaign.
STEP 4: Select Redemption Rewards

Configure Redemption Tiers: Support multiple point redemption rules tiered by accumulated points, with a maximum of 5 tiers.
- Example: Redeem 1 drink for 5 points, 1 snack for 10 points, 1 free meal for 20 points

Configure Redemption Details:
- Reward Name: Enter the name of the redemption reward
- Example: Milk Tea Redemption Coupon, Free Two-Person Meal Coupon
- Redemption Points: Enter the number of points required to redeem the reward
- Reward Name: Enter the name of the redemption reward

Add Coupons: Select pre-created coupons in the backend as redemption rewards and complete the following configurations:
- Reward Name: Select the specific coupon type
- Reward Quantity: Enter the number of coupons available for redemption
- Validity Type: Select Relative Validity or Fixed Validity, then complete the configuration:
- Relative Validity: Validity period starts from the moment the customer claims the coupon
- Example: “Valid for 7 days after claim”
- Fixed Validity: Coupon is valid for a pre-set time period, independent of the claim time
- Example: “Valid from 2024-11-01 00:00:00 to 2024-11-11 23:59:59”
- Relative Validity: Validity period starts from the moment the customer claims the coupon
2.4 Applicable Stores
- Select the stores to participate in the campaign; support full selection or partial selection (filter by store or organization dimension)
2.5 Advanced Settings

Effective Date: Set the specific effective time for the campaign; optional: Daily, Weekly, Monthly

Reward Exclusivity Rules:
- Exclusive of Other Coupons: When enabled, select Exclusive of All Coupons or Exclusive of Selected Coupons; select the specific excluded coupons if choosing the latter
- Exclusive of Other Promotions: When enabled, select Exclusive of All Promotions or Exclusive of Selected Promotions; select the specific excluded promotions if choosing the latter
- Exclusive of Member Benefits: When enabled, select exclusive of Member Price and/or Member Discount (multiple selections allowed)
- Exclusive of Member Assets: When enabled, select exclusive of Member Prepaid Balance and/or Member Points (multiple selections allowed)

Target Audience: Select the specific user scope for the campaign based on 5 dimensions:
- All Users: Applies to all store members
- Loyalty Card Plans: Filter users by one or more loyalty card plans
- Loyalty Card Tiers: Filter users by different card tiers under loyalty card plans
- Member Segments: Filter users by one or more member segments
- Member Tags: Filter users by one or more member tags (e.g., New Users, Repeat Users)
3 Activity Activation & Management

Activating the Activity
- After completing all configurations, click Save to launch the activity immediately.

Activity Management & Monitoring
- View activity performance data (including order volume and participant metrics) on the Activity Management page.
- Pause, adjust, or archive the activity at any time as needed.
